摘要
本文介绍一种新型节能回流压力式喷嘴。根据流体力学理论来阐述其工作原理并分析其优越性。与目前国内水泥厂增湿塔中普遍使用的不带回流压力式喷嘴相比较,它在满足回转窑锻烧工况变动幅度较大的要求、节省基建投资、降低操作费用和便于实现自动控制等方面均有较高的技术性能和经济效益。
A new pressured return flow type of energy saving nozzles is introduced i n the article. According to the theory o f f l ui d mechani cs, i is working principles are described and the superiority i s analyzed. Compared with the conventional pressured nozzles without return flow used in dmoestic cement plants, the new type shows more advanced technical functions and higher economic effects in meeting the requirement of great variances of rotary kiln burning conditions, reducing the investment and operation costs, and realizing automatic controls, etc.
