摘要
本文从概述世界发达国家安排科研体系诸环节的经验和教训,从现代基础研究的特点,阐述基础研究在整个科学事业和社会经济中的地位和作用,从而说明必须加强国家的支持,加强国家科学基金的协调和指导。
Based on the characteristics of modern basic research and the positive and negative experiences of developed countries in the world in their establishing infrastructure of scientific research system, this paper expounds the important role of basic research in the development of science and economy of a country, leading to a conclusion that Chinese nation has to make even more efforts to support basic research and enhance the role of National Natural Science Foundation in coordinating and guiding the nation's basic research
