本文运用现代科学理论阐述了大蒜及其系列产品对人体的营养保健功能及大蒜系列产品开发的经济价值和社会效益。
This paper deals with the nourishing and health-giving properties of garlic and its series of products, discusses the economic value and social benifit of developing garlic series.
