不同品种在豫东北、豫东中等优质生态类型麦区的品质研究

A Study on the Quality of Winter Wheat of Different Varieties in the Northeest, East Henan Mid Top Quality Ecotype Winter Wheat District

本文列举1985—1988年38个品种在该区的籽粒营养品质资料表明,在该生态区,多数品种的籽粒蛋白质含量为13.4—14.8％,赖氨酸含量为0.37—0.40％,干面筋含量为8.5—10.5％,从总体上看品质较好。目前推广的品种中,陕农7859、冀5418、西安8号、郑州79201品质优良。应逐步取代面积较大但品质较差的百农3217、豫麦7号等品种。

In this paper, the data of grain nutrient quality of 38 winter wheat varieties in the northeast, east Henan mid top quality ecotype winter wheat district in 1985-1988 are listed. The results show, in this district, most of the grain protein contents of winter wheat varieties arel3-4-14.8%, the lysine contents 0.37-0.40%, gluten contents 8.5-10,5%. For this reason,the nutrient quality of winter wheat in this district is good generally. Among the varieties popularized at present, the nutrient quality of 'Shan nong 7859, ' 'Ji 5418, ' 'Xi'an No. 8 ' , 'Zhengzhou7920r' is good, 'Bainong32I7' and 'Yumai NO. 7' planted in the great area that their nutrient quality is poor should be fallen into disuse step by step.
