用完整恶性原疟虫作抗原进行DIA诊断恶性疟 被引量:1

摘要 应用培养的完整恶性疟原虫虫体抗原代替可溶性抗原进行DIA,检测52例恶性疟病人血清,阳性率为94,2%,与用可溶性抗原DIA对同一批病人检测的阳性率为96.2%,两者无显著差异(p>0.05),但比ELISA的检测效果80.8%明显为高。48名健康人血清均未出现假阳性反应。此法与黑热病、肺吸虫病、姜片虫病和日本血吸虫病均无交叉反应。此法操作简便,适于一般实验室应用。 In this paper, intact plasmodium falciparum parasitcs cultured were used as antigens in DIA for detecting 52 sera from the cascs with falcipa-rum malaria and the positive rate was found to be 94.2%. While the pos-itive rate was 96.2% when soluble antigens were employed in the test ins-tead of the intact parasites for detecting the same batch of sera and on si-gnificant differences were observed in the two approaches(P>O.05), but obviously higher than that of ELISA previously reported 80.8%. No false positive reaction occurred in the detection of 4 sera from the healthy pers-ons. Furthermore no cross reactions were observed when tested with the se-ra from the cases with kala azar, paragonimiasis, buski fascialopsiasis and japonica schistcsomiasis. In addition, that DIA is simple and can be performed in common laboratories.
