我国伊蚊属9种蚊幼虫上腭扫描电镜鉴别特征的研究

STUDY ON THE DIFFERENTIATING FEATURES OF THE MANDIBLES OF NINE SPECIES OF AEDES GENUS WITH SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE

本文对伊蚊属9种蚊四龄幼虫上腭进行扫描电镜观察,发现上腭结构复杂形态多样,足可作为蚊虫之分类研究,并报告了伊蚊属及其9种蚁幼虫上腭的形态特点和鉴别特征。

In this paper, the mandibles of the fourth stage larvae of 9 species of Aedes genus were observed by means of scanning electron microscope. The results show that the mandiblcs of the Aedes are quite complex instructure and different in morpphology which are much useful for the study of the mosquito taxonomy. Besides, the morphological features for differentiation of the mandibles of the 9 species belonging to the Aedes genus are also indicated.
