应用酶联免疫吸附试验诊断肺螨病的观察

STUDY ON THE DIAGNOSIS OF PULMONARY ACARIASIS WITH ELISA

本文采用生物素一亲和素及葡萄球菌A蛋自酶联免疫吸附试验(ABC-ELISA和SPA-ELISA),检测了经证实为肺肺病的51名患者血清的尘螨性抗体,结果ABC-ELISA阳性率为82.35％,SPA-ELISA阳性率为52.94％,初步认为ABC-ELISA检测尘螨性抗体可作为一种简便实用的肺螨病辅助诊断方法。

In this paper, Avidine Biotin Complex-ELISA(ABC-ELISA) and Staphylococcus Protein A-ELISA(SPA-ELISA) were used for the detection of the antibodies against the Dermatophagoides in 51 sera from the patients confirmed with pulmonary acariasis. The results show that in ABC-ELISA the positive rate was 82.35% and in SPA-ELISA the positive rate was 52.94%. Thus it is in itially considered that the use of ABC-ELISA for the detection of the antibodies to the Dermatophagoides is a practical and convenient method and can be employed as an auxiliary approach for the diagnosis of pulmonary acariasis.
