农业化学研究的试验设计与统计分析

摘要 以农业化学研究的传统性课题氮磷钾三要素试验为典型,通过土壤培养试验的具体方案和试验结果着重从数理统计学上作分析。这类包括8个处理的完全方案历史上称作普里亚尼施尼柯夫方案,其实就是按2×2×2设计的复因素试验。根据农化专业要求,氮磷钾三要素试验的统计分析分两步进行,首先要明确完全方案中各处理组合的效果,第二步按复因素试验统计分析步骤对各处理组合再分解,不但明确三要素各自主效应,还要研究它们的相互作用。本项土壤培养试验结果表明。三要素不同处理组合对扬麦3号生长发育和产量的影响有明显差别。其中,N,NP,NK,NPK四个处理组合肥效最好。同时,三要素中N,P主效应及其相互作用已达到统计检验显著水平。在本地黄刚土上种植冬小麦应重视氮、磷肥及其配合施用。 The experiment project was made out of N-P-K fertilizer response and pot experiments were done,The results obtained were analysed statistically. It was a complect: project including 8 treatments ( 2x2x2 ) that we called prianysnyhov project traditionally, The stat ististical anal ysis of this kind of experiment was done in two steps: 1 .The effect must be identified of the combinations of eachttreatment s in the designed project 2 .The combinations of each treatment were separated to explicit the main effect of N,P,K respectively and their interactions, The results Detained in the pot experiment showed that there vas an evident difference of effect of different treatment combinations of NPK on the growfh and developmentas well, as the yield of yurig wheat no, 3 among the treatment, The res ponses of N, NP, NK, NPK were better than others, Meanwhile, the main effect of N, P and their interaction attained a significant standard. From the above results, it. is clear that more atention must te paid to the application of N and P fertilizer and their concerned application when winter wheat is planted ih the investigated <huangguang> soil.
