V 型切口在大理石切割爆破中的应用

Application of V-notches in Marble Cutting Blast

大理石切割爆破技术是作者在岩石断裂力学理论和大理石矿实际切割要求的基础上提出的,而这个技术的关键是采用带 V 型切口的炮孔。本文从理论上论证了采用 V 型切口炮孔的合理性,同时给出了最佳 V 型切口角。文中附有某大理石矿采用 V 型切口炮孔爆破切割大理石的现场照片,切割效果是令人满意的。

Based on fracture mechanics for rock and requirement for marble cutting, the technology of marble catting blast was indicated by the authors.The key point of the technology is that the blasting holes have V-notches.From theory,this paper proved that using V-notches in blasting holes is Correot, and obtained the best angle of the V-notch.In the end,three photographs of blast cutting marble in a marble mine are given,The cutting results are satisfactory.
