小行星观测方法的评述

Discussion on Some Methods for Observing Asteroids

针对太阳及大行星观测存在的问题,在本文中概述了通过小行星观测确定分点和赤道点改正的优点和利用子午方法及照相方法所得的一些结果,并对观测方法的误差来源,尤其是小行星运动理论不完善所导致的在测定星表零点改正中与大行星结果有较大分歧这一情况提出了一些看法。

In this article the advantages and disadvantages of the determination of thecorrections for the zero points of a catalog by means of the observations of asteroids are presented and some results obtained by the meridian and photographic methods are also given. The sources of error of the observation methods, especially the greater difference between the result of the determination of the correction for the zero point by using the observations of an asteroid and that by using the observations of a major planet, which is caused by the imperfect kinetic theory of asteroids, are also discussed in this paper.
