浙江省高师体育专业培养人才的战略研究

Research on Training of Specialists in Physical Education by Teachers Colleges in Zhejiang

通过对培养和需求两方面的调查发现目前浙江省高中体育教师超编,但学历水平偏低.高等师范院校体育专业培养人才又偏重于低学历,长此以往,势必对教育事业和体育事业产生不良影响.本文提出了今后我省高师体育专业培养人才应以提高质量为重点.对培养目标可建立三级目标体系,通过不同途径和措施逐步实现.

Investigations into the training of and the demand for teachers of physical education have shovn that in the senior middle schools of Zhejiang province the number of teachers of physical education has already exceeded the authorized quota but the level of these teachers' record of formal schooling is very low. Furthermore.training of personnel specialized in physical education by the teachers colleges is at present lop-sided,with emphasis on short period of formal schooling.If things go on like this,education as well as physical culture is bound to be adversely affected.In this paper it is suggested that in the future in training personnel of physical education in teachers colleges emphasis be put on improsing the quality and that a system of three-staged goals be established which is to be realized step by ttep through various ways and means.
