摘要
本文对开展住院医师培训的必要性,迫切性及我校二年多来卉展该项培训有关制度、方法及其初步结果进行初步的探讨。
The urgency and necessity of development ofpost-medical education and consummation of the clini-cal house-staff training system in Zhejiang MedicalUniversity are discussed in this paper. The main content,purpose and mode of clinicalhouse-staff training in two-year experience wereexplored.
