临床副主任医师的继续医学数育

QUESTION OF THE CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR CLINICAL DEPUTY CHIEF DOCTORS

作者从现代医学发展对人才的要求出发,分析了当前我国临床副主任医师的现状,强调继续医学教育的重要性和迫切性。认为对临床副主任医师的继续医学教育应高层次、向博才化和向专科化方向发展。在方法上,应充分发挥导师的指导作用:坚持自我学习的原则:密切结合临床工作:在科研工作中锤炼,积极促进信息交流:在指导下级医生中自我完善,对继续医学教育工作必须统筹规划、综合治理。最后对教育成果的综合评价问题,提出了设想。

In this paper,the author analyses the characteri-stics of the knowledge structure of clinical deputychief doctors in our country to day,proceeding fromthe demands on medical scientists and technicians ofthe development of modern medicine and pointsemphatically out the importance and urgency forthem,and also holds that the continuing medicaleducation for clinical deputy chief doctors ought tobe developed in the direction of high-class gradation,great learning and ability and specialization.Fundamental rules should carry out the continu-ing medical education for clinical deputy chief doc-tors as follows:bringing the direct functions of tutors into full play;adhereing study by oneself:combin-oneself in the course of scientific medical researching study with clinical practice closely;temperingoneself in the course of scientific medical researchwork;promoting specialistic informations exchangeactively;consummating oneself in guiding juniordoctors.Besides,overall planning and synthetical admini-stration must be practiced in the course of C.M.E.for them.Finally,suggestion for comprehensive evaluationof educational achievement is also made in this paped.
