高铁喂饲与大鼠生殖内分泌关系的研究

摘要 将5周龄sprague-Dawley品系雌性大鼠随机分成4组(I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ),每组20只。Ⅰ组喂饲250mgFe/kg的基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组喂饲在日粮中添加FeSo_4.7H_2O,使含铁量分别为350,450,650mg/kg日粮。共饲养13周。实验表明:肝铁总贮存量随日粮中铁含量增加成比例增加;血清铁含量则随日粮中铁含量增加而增加,但在更高的基础水平上伴随发情周期卵巢激素的自然波动而起伏。日粮中不同水平铁处理对发情周期,黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E)、孕酮(P)含量的变化无明显影响。 The relationship between iron and sex hormones (LH,E,P ) throughout estrous cycle of female rats was studied for 13 weeks. Sprague-Dawley rats at the age of 5 weeks were randomly divided into four groups , 20 rats in a group .'Group I was fed a basal diet containing 250 mg Fe/kg.Group II, III and IV were fed the diets to which FeSO4.7H 20 was added to provide for the final concentrations of 350; 450; 650mg Fe/kg, respectively.The experimental results showed as follows. 1.Liver iron stores were in linear proportion to the dietary iron level. 2.with the higher dietary iron level, the iron content of serum oscillated on higher level with the natural fluctuations of ovarian hormone concentration during the estrous cycle. 3.The dietary iron level also had no apparent effect son number of estrous cycles, serum luteinizing hormone, estrogen and progesterone levels in each of the four stages of the estrous cycle.
