用超声心动图观察手术前后心功能的变化

Use of ultrasonic cardiogram in observing changes of cardie function before and after operation

60例上腹部手术病人按性别分组,应用超声心动图分别在本前静息状态及术后疼痛进测定Dd、Ds、EPSSb、Ws、HR,由Teichholz纠正公式等有关公式,计算SV、CJ、EF、△D%、VPI、T、SWI、III等左室功能指标。结果:①两组的HR、SV、△D%、T、SWI、Ws术后值增大(P<0.05～0.001),符合应激状态下心功能变化.②的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示该指标对监测正常心功能的动态改变意义不大。认为超声心功能测值用于自身的动态观察比较,可反映不同状态下心室容积、心排血量及心室收缩功能的变化。

Sixty patients operated on the upper abdomen were divided into groups according to the sex.The ultrasonic cardiogram was used to determine Dd, Ds, EPSSb , Ws , HR in the state of rest before operation and in the pain period after operation.with the concerning formulas as Teichholz, the correcting one, the functional quota of SV,CI, EF, △D%, VPI, T, SWI, HI of left ventricle was caculated.The results are, ( 1 ) The value of HR,SV △D%,T,SWI,ws of these two groups after operation was increased, which accords with the change of cardie function in the state of stress. ( 2 ) The change of EPSSb is not important in statistic. This shows that the quota is not significant in monitoring active changes of normal cardie function, we believe that when it is used in self-monitoring and self-comparing in active state, the value can reflext the volume of ventricles in different states, the quatity of blood pushing of heart and the changes of contracting functions of ventricles.
