INTRACRANIAL CAVEROUS HEMANGIOMAS

本文报告了4例经CT检查、手术及病理证实的颅内海绵状血管瘤,分析了其CT表现与病理改变的相互关系,探讨了CT增强后呈明显强化的成因,强调了海绵状血管瘤在CT上的特征,特别是CT对术前诊断很有帮助。

Four Cases of CT features of intracranial caverous hemangiomas, confirmed by operation and pathology, were reported in this article. The correlation between the CT features and pathologic changes was analysed and the mechanism of marked enhancement after the injection of contrast medium was discussed. It is emphasized that CT is worth in the preoperative diagnosis.
