CLINICAL FEATURES AND HISTOLOGIC FINDINGS OF LICHEN PLANUS

本文分析60例典型扁平苔藓的临床表现和组织病理像,发现两者存在着内在的联系,并显示胶样小体的形成可能是基底细胞退行变性的结果。

60 cases of typical Lichen planus were analysed. It was found that there was a close relationship between clinical features and histologic findings. The formation of Civatte bodies was regarded to be from the result of degeneration of basal cell of the epidermis.
