山麦冬水溶物口服给药对实验性心律失常的影响

EFFECTS OF ORAL WATER-SOLUBLE EXTRACT OF LIRIOPE SPICATA LOUR(WSEL)ON THE EXPERIMENTAL ARRHYTHMIA IN ANIMALS

山麦冬水溶性提取物10g/kg口服给药可显著缩短BaCl_2致大鼠心律总异常时间;5g/kg与10g/kg口服给药可显著缩短乌头碱致大鼠心律总异常时间;4.5g/kg口服给药可明显延长氯仿—肾上腺素致家兔心律失常的潜伏期,并显著缩短心律失常的持续时间。

The effects of water-soluble extract of Liriope spicata(WSEL)by oral administration on the experimental arrhythmic modelsof animals were investigated.The results indicated that WSEL 10g/kg;5g/kg,10g/kg p.o.brought about significantly antagonistic effects ofthe arrhythmia induced by BaCl_2 and aconitine in rats.The total timeof arrhythmia was markedly shortened.WSEL 4.5g/kg p.o.significantly opposed the arrhythmia induced by chloroform-adrenaline.Thehappened time of arrhythmia was prolonged and the continued time ofarrhythmia was shortened markedly by WSEL.
