金粉散对胆道功能的影响

EFFECT OF“JIN FEN SAN”ON BILIARY FUNCTION

金粉散在临床应用具有缓解症状,排除胆石,减少发作等显效,而在组方上与胆道排石汤迥然有别。本工作以豚鼠为对象,观察金粉散对胆道运动及胆汁分泌的影响。结果显示:金粉散具有促进胆囊运动,增加十二指肠峰电活动,但对 Oddi 括约肌和幽门肌电活动无显著影响。它能促使胆汁中胆汁酸含量升高,而对胆汁流量及HCO_3^-和胆固醇含量影响不大。从而提示金粉散的上述作用可能就是它具有排石,以及可能还有防石及溶石作用的药理基础。

“Jin Fen San”is an effecacious experimanced prescriptionfrom surgical department of General Hospital of Electrical IndustryBureau for treating of biliary diseases.It can eliminate clinical symp-toms,push out gallstone and prevent recurrence.The present work wasto observe the effect of this drug on the biliary function of guinea pig.It was demonstrated that the motility of gallbladder,the spike poten-tial of duodeum,and the content of bile acid were all increasedobviously after treatment as compared with control;but the tonicity of Oddi's sphincter,the spike potential of antrum and the content ofHCO_3^-,cholesterol in bile and the volume of bile secretion were notsignificantly changed after herb infusion.
