摘要
本文对山麦冬块根中的水溶性活性成份以莱茵——埃农(Lane—Eyuon)改良方法分别测得还原糖、水溶性糖的含量;用贝克曼6300型氨基酸自动仪测定了游离氨基酸的含量,并对上述两类成份均作了TLC定性分析。以P—ELCP—5000原子光谱仪分别测得生药粉及其水溶性提取物中十种微量元素的含量。这些成份对机体的营养,延缓衰老及对心血管疾病的治疗都有一定的价值。
In this paper the analytical results of water-soluble active
constituents in the root of Liriope Spicata Lour was reported. The improved
Lane-Eyuon method was employed for the analyses of water-soluble sugar and
reducing sugar. The content of free amino acid was determinated by Beckman
6300 automatic amino acid analyzer. Both sugar and free amino acid were also
measured by TLC qualitative analysis. The content of ten microelements of
crude drug powder and water-soluble extract were measured by P-E LCP-
5000 atomic spectrometer. These constituents are helpful on nutrition, antiaging
and treatment for cardiovascular diseases.
