摘要
利用自建的小鼠肿瘤淋巴道转移模型(H22—F25)进行体外培养160代,建成了培养细胞系(H22—F25/L)瘤细胞呈悬浮生长,增殖迅速,生长稳定。细胞分裂指数高峰在48小时,细胞增殖高峰为96小时,增殖25倍,H22—F25/L仍保留低分化癌的特征,在615小鼠体内的致瘤率为100%,淋巴结转移率为50%,同时伴有肺转移率为10%。H22—F25/L是一个异质的细胞群体,染色体干系为43(占40%)和86(占32%),其余的旁系各占2~8%。他们有共同的标记染色体M_1、M_2、M_3、M_4,说明相互间有“血缘”关系。
After having been passed 160 generations,a cell line designated
as H22-F25/L has been established from a murine tumor lymphatic metastatic
model H22-F25, which was set up in this pathology department. The cell line
is a suspension culture, with rapid proliferation and stable growing. The pike
time of cell division and cell proliferation is 48 hours and 96 hours after
culture respectively. At time the cell number was increased 25 times. H22-
F25/L still keep the features of a lower differentiated cancer. Its tumor
occuring rate (in vivo) is 100% in 615 mice, lymph node metastasis rate is
50% with 10% lung metastasis. H22--F25/L is a mass of heterogenetic tumor
cells includs 2 stem line cells (40% of the tumor cells has the model number
of chromosome 43,32% has 86) and some side lines. The common marker
chromosomes M1, M2, M3, M4 exsisting in all of the stem and side lines
indicated the 'blood lineage' among them.
