摘要
毕业后教育、继续教育作为医学教育过程中的重要组成部分,在世界各发达国家已经取得了很大的进展并形成了相应的制度,法律和组织管理体系。本文就国外临床医生毕业后教育,继续教育的组织管理,培养方式,资格认可、培训经费以及继续教育的形式和手段这几个不同的侧面进行了简要的评价。
