高血压、心肌肥大与左室舒张功能
摘要
长期以来,人们一直认为心力衰竭的症状和体征主要系心室收缩功能障碍所致。然而,近十年来,随着放射核学,超声学等现代无创性检查技术的应用,临床上在充血性心衰患者中,发现相当一部分心脏收缩功能正常,仅存在舒张期功能异常。因此,了解舒张期功能的改变。
