晋升中科学的考核(试)方法

SCIENTIFIC METHOD FOR MEDICAL EX AMINATION IN THE RANK PROMOTION

本文阐述了为扭转当前临床上青年医师中普遍存在的轻医德修养及临床能力的倾向,注重发挥专业技术职务评聘工作中的杠杆作用,制订了一套全面考核,突出重点,逐项淘汰,有利于促进青年医师健康成长的考核(试)方法,通过公正、平等、合理的竞争,最后选拔了约占百分之二十的优秀人才,晋升为主治医师。这在青年医师中引起了震动,收到了良好效果,达到了预期目的,总结了实施过程中的体会及存在问题。

In order to reverse the negligence of medical morality and clinical ability by junior house staffs and pay attention to give play to lever effect in the rank promotion, we have been got a series of complete scientific medical examination method which make the key points stand out: eliminate through selection Step by step. It is advantageous to the achievement of junior staffs. Throughout this fair and reasonable competitive examination, there were about 20％ exemplay talent selected finally for promoting into visiting doctor's rank. This good result made a great impact on else junior staffs. The preliminary experience and the remaining question of this trial are also discussed in this paper.
