带状疱疹与肝炎关系的探讨

A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HERPES ZOSTER AND HEPATITIS

本文对55例带状疱疹患者的既往肝炎病史进行了调查,既往曾患有急性肝炎者14例,慢性肝炎者7例,共21例,占38%,此外并对其中34例患者的SGPTHBsAg分别进行了抽样检测,结果有4例SGPT升高,占11.8%,有5例HBsAg阳性,占14.7%。为临床判断带状疱疹与肝炎二者之间的因果关系提供了进一步探讨的依据。

Investigation of 55 cases with herpes zoster,whoce history of hepatitis was carried out.V14 cases had had the acute hepatitis;7 cases, chronic; total,21 cases. Determination of SGPT and HBsAg was performed in 34 cases, increased SGPT was found in 4 cases; positive HBsAg, in 5 cases,This perhaps gave an evidence for the further investigation of the relation between herpes zoster and hepatitis in clinical judgement.
