摘要
益智仁氯仿抽提物(简称益智仁)不仅能剂量依赖性地抑制高钾去极化所致的兔主动脉条收缩,使氯化钙累积量效曲线非平行右移,而且能剂量依赖性地抑制去甲肾上腺素(NE)所致的兔主动脉条收缩,使NE累积量效曲线非平行右移。小剂量益智仁抑制NE依赖细胞内钙性收缩,大剂量益智仁则对NE依赖细胞内钙性收缩和依赖细胞外钙性收缩产生抑制作用,提示益智仁对电位依赖性钙内流和受体操纵性钙内流均有抑制作用。
The Fructus alpiniae oxypillae extracted by chlorform (alpiniae oxypillae)not only shifted the cumulative dose response curves to right and depressed the maximal responses to CaCl_2 after high-K^+ depolarization, but also shifted the cumulative dose responses curves to right and depressed the maximal responses to noradrenaline (NE) in dose-dependent way. Low dose Alpiniae oxypillae inhibited the NE- induced intracellular C^(++) -dependent contraction, and high dose Alpiniae oxypillae also inhibited the extracellular C^(++) -dependent component of the contraction. Alpiniae oxypillae is therefore considered as a calcium channel blockers to interfere the potential-dependent and receptor-operated C^(++) influxes.
