O—(4—乙氧基丁基)小柏胺(EPB)对离体青蛙心室活动影响的初步研究

EFFECT OF O—(4—ETHOXYLBUTYL)—BERBAMINE(EBB)ON ACTIVITIES OF ISOLATED FROG HEARTS

EBB在浓度为2.0×10^(-6)M～5.0×10^(-5)M时对离体青蛙心室搏动幅度右增大作用。它不仅增大心室的收缩幅度,而且增大心室的舒张幅度。这些效应随着EBB的浓度增大而增大。

EBB with concentration of 2.0×10^(-6)M^5.0×10^(-5)M has an effect of augmenting the ventricular pulsation range of isolated frog hearts. It augmented the ranges of contraction and diastolation of frog ventricle. At the same time, the effect of EBB increased depending on the concentration.
