摘要
益智仁氯仿提取物和益智仁水提物具有中枢抑制作用,均能明显提高戊巴比妥纳阈下剂量的小白鼠的睡眠率。具有镇痛作用和提高小白鼠常压下耐缺氧存活时间。益智仁氯仿提取物能提高异丙肾上腺素作用下的小白鼠常压下耐缺氧存活时间。二种提取物均能使幼年大白鼠脾脏、胸腺缩小。
Two extractions from Fructus Alpiniae Oxypyllae with chloroform (A) and water(B) showed central depression effect, and obviously enhanced the asleep rate of mice, received subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital. Both extractions had an analgesic effect and can prolong the survival time of the mice under hypoxia and normal pressure, but only the extraction of chloroform (A) can enhance the survival time of the mice, received isoprenaline. Both extractions re- duced the weight of spleen, thymus, and quantity of vitamin C within the adrenal of the seedling rats.
