摘要
自由基损伤生物大分子,使脂类过氧化,造成膜损伤;机体抗氧化体系(维生素E,超氧化物歧化酶,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶等)作用的削弱会加重自由基的细胞毒作用。本文测定了非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病、慢性肾炎和冠心病患者血清中丙二醛(MDA)、水溶性荧光物质(WSFS)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平,表明自由基损伤与该三种疾病相关。
Free radical hurts biological large molecules, lets lipid peroxid- ize and damages membrane, the weakening of antiperoxidation system in vivo (vit E, SOD, GSH-PX) will increase the harmful effect of radical on cells. We examined the MDA, WSFS and GSH-PX level in serum of patients suffered from non-insulin dependent diabetes, chronic nephritis and coronary heart disease. The result indicates that the damage of free radical relates to these three diseases.
