广州市区新生儿上臂围、上臂围/头围正常值测定

MEASUREMENT OF MAC AND MAC/HC RATIO OF NEONATES IN GUANGZHOU

本文测定生后第三天正常足月适龄儿500名,足月小样儿42名的上臂围,上臂围/头围的正常值。足月适龄儿分别为9.2±0.56cm,0.28±0.01。足月小样儿分别为7.44±0.47cm,0.25±0.01。与体重回归相关系数(r)分别为0.81,0.59。经显著性检验-a=0.01水准上由r值表显示呈高度相关,有可预计性线性增长。此项测定能较准确地反映婴儿宫内的营养生长。

MAC (Mid Arm Circumference) and MAC/HC (Head Circum- ference) Ratio of 500 full term appropriate gestational age healthy babies and 42 full term small babies were calculated on the third day of life. The MAC and MAC/HC Ratio of the former were 9.2±0.56cm and 0.28±0.01 respectively, while those of the small babies were 7.44±0.74cm, 0.25±0.01 respectively. The Regression Coefficients were 0.81 and 0.59, both MAC and MAC/HC Ratio were correlated positively with weight (r=0.01 p<0.01). It shows that there is an appraisable linear relationship with growth and these two indices can correctly reflect the intrauterine nutriture and development of the neonates.
