摘要
目前,世界上常规的浮式生产系统已日趋完善,技术形态日趋成熟,国内外海洋工程(设计)公司正在开发一些有特殊要求的浮式生产系统,诸如浅水单点系泊生产储油轮;能抗冰的单点系泊系统;抗台风、储油、单点合一的新型式,新概念浮式生产系统;深水单点系泊系统和水下单点系泊系统等。渤海地区环境条件是常风向、强风力以及最大海流方向变化不大,这是采用多点系泊生产储油轮方案的基础。在此特定条件下,满足边际油田开发要求的多点系泊生产储油轮方案是一种简易可行、操作安全、机动灵活、投资较省和可多次使用的早期浮式生产系统的方案。本文对多点系泊生产储油轮中的若干问题予以概述。
With reference to the environmental conditions existing in Bo-hai areas, this paper outlines the multi-point mooring system of a production and storage tanker and its movement performances. The author considers that, as a new form of floating production the tanker has advantages of low investment, easy installation, good mobility and flexibility, high rate of repeated uses, etc. As an unfixed habitation system, it is useful not only in Liaodong bay, but also in some other oil fields.
