定向造斜工具的技术进展

摘要 本世纪卅年代定向钻井技术诞生后,造斜工具就成为定向钻井中一个重要的组成部分。定向选斜工具主要用于造斜、侧钻、扭方位等钻井作业,以达到井身曲线的设计要求。 1. 造斜工具的发展造斜工具从国外的发展情况看,可分为四个阶段。第一阶段:五十年代前,它采用典型的钻盘钻井选斜工艺,主要使用钻杆打印定向选斜器、固定的楔形选斜器、其次是涡轮钻具配置弯接头选斜。第二阶段:五十年代到六十年代,高压喷射钻井技术得到应用。 The kit used for constructing crooked well is an important tool in directional drilling. Its major use is in such operations as crook-making, sideward drilling and orientation alteration. The purpose of these operations are to secure the well bore curves required by design. The present paper analyses the four phases in the development of the said kit and gives a detailed description to the application of an entirely new method, the socalled 'navigation drilling technique' developed since 1983. This technique has completely changed the traditional concept of drilling and marked a giant stride forward in directional drilling.
