摘要
中国国际海洋石油工程公司(原名中国海洋石油平台工程公司)于1982年9月经国务院批准正式成立。这是一个以海洋开发为主、工贸结合的全国性专业公司。海上石油开发设备是造船工业产品结构中的一个重要组成部分,为我国海上石油开发提供装备,是船舶工业义不容辞的责任和义务。中国国际海洋石油工程公司作为中国船舶工业总公司的经营窗口之一,主要负责组织造船工业系统内有关工厂和研究设计单位,进行海洋石油开发工程及附属设备项目的承包。兼管石化容器,城市建设、港口建设、电站及各类钢结构工程,并承担这方面业务的海外工程。
As one of the business organizations of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, China Offshore Industrial Corporation has made great contributions to offshore oil development, petrochemical vessels, city and harbour constructions, electric power station, and various kinds of steel structures since its founding in Sept. 1982. Based on engineering practice and import of technologies, a professional science and technology production and project management body has been formed. The Corporation is a trinity of project contract, import and procurement, design and fabrication and is emerging as a competitive group in the world offshore engineering market.
