Constant Service to Offshore Oil Development

随着我国海上石油勘探、开发工作的不断深入,我公司在为海洋石油开发服务方面走过了一段艰辛的历程。从1984年以来,我们先后完成了国家经委重点攻关项目“南海东部深水油田早期浮式生产系统概念设计”等纵向下达的及“NA”油田单点储油船和单点生产储油船的可行性研究”等横向委托的海洋工程科研设计任务10多项,为我国海洋开发事业作出了微薄的贡献。实践使我们体会到:充分利用广州开放城市的优势和地处南海石油开发前沿的地理,内联外引,博采众长,坚持技术进步,脚踏实地地抓好设计思想和设计方法的更新。

This paper presents the brilliant achievements made by Guangzhon Marine Engineering Corporation in the past years in the development of offshore oil fields. Through actual work on offshore project design and research, the Corporation has a good mastery of project management procedures consistant with international practice, blazed a new way of 'uniting domestic business partners and importing foreign advanced technologies', established a database and information bank, set up an international cooperation network, developed a number of softwares for CAD, computation and management, accumulated a body of international standards, codes, technical and economical materials, brought up a group of research, design and project management personnel of different desciplines. It may be expected that the Corporation will serve better the offshore oil exploitation in the future.
