摘要
胜利三号浅海坐底式钻井平台是由708所三室设计,胜利油田与烟台市合资经营的烟台造船厂总承包,中华造船厂分包的一项较大的工程。总包厂与分包厂的原则分工是以平台上甲板为界,上甲板以下的主体工程由中华造船厂承担,上甲板以上的生活楼、钻台、井架及其附属设施由烟台造船厂负责,并由烟台造船厂承担总调试任务。该平台于1986年7月1日在中华造船厂开工,原合同规定分包任务的工期为14个月,但由于船台、劳力以及钻机配套等因素影响,拖延了一段时间,而胜利油田浅海钻井工程公司又急于要用该平台打一口试验井,油田领导亲自出马向两厂交待形势任务及目的要求,两厂领导当即表态“急用户之所急”同心协力加快进度,并接受用户建议。
'Shengli 3' a submersible drilling platform operated in extra-shallow waters, was designed by the 3rd Departmant of MARIC. It was a relatively big project contracted by Shengli Oil Field Development Corporation and Yantai Shipyard with Zhonghua Shipyard acted as a subcontractor. The platform saw its completion on oct. 15, 1988. It only took more than two months from the erection of topsides to the commissioning test, three months ahead of time. This paper summarizes some experiences gained that are worthy of learning.
