摘要
胜利二号钻井平台是一座能步行的双体两栖钻井平台。它的内体与普通的坐底式平台类似,外体是专为完成“步行”,这一特殊功能而设置的。为使步行机械系统能正常工作,它的全部机构的导向面与轨道都有严格的形位公差要求。这就给胜利二号钻井平台相应部位钢结构制造提出了相当苛刻的制造精度和形位公差的要求。这些要求多涉及平台总体精度控制,远高于常规船舶建造精度标准,要实现这些要求难度相当大。
'Sheng Li 2' is a unique walking drilling platform. It features a separate inner body enclosed by an outer one. The hydraulic systems provided for implementation of walking operation include four sets of jacking and guiding devices, four sets of wheel assemblies for floating movement, two sets of traction mechanisms and four sets of guiding devices for the mat. All of the above equipment were located appro- priately on the inner and outer bodies. This posed stringent accuracy requirements to the manufacture and installation of some parts and structures related to the two bodies. This paper considers the factors that have impact on distortions of steel structures during construction and puts forward a whole set of effective technological procedures to overcome the difficulties, including the determination of compensations for distortion, quantitative and oriented control of welding distortion, marking of grand blocks on the erection site, assembling of flat panels on auxiliary jigs, etc. All the measures taken ensure the accuracy required for the installation of walking systems, hence the successful walking operation test of the systems.
