摘要
悬臂支架头部是我国第一座步行式极浅海海洋石油钻井平台——胜利二号钻井平台的液压步行系统关键部件之一。它位于内体总体结构中受力最大的4个悬臂支架的端部。外形尺寸为3 034×3 404×5 000mm,单件重24.092 t,结构复杂,受力大。起支承顶升油缸,约束导向柱,传递内、外体之间顶升、牵引力的作用(见图1)。悬臂支架头部用D 32钢板组焊而成,以焊接方式与悬臂支架连接。其主要结构及加工部位有(见图2): 1.
The four head components of the cantilever support are the key components of 'Sheng Li 2' , a shallow water walking drilling platform. Their functions on the platform are to support the jacking cylinders, guide Vertically the inner and outer bodies and to bear the transverse traction forces. It features large in dimensions and loading, highly required accuracy and poor working conditions. The present paper makes a detailed analysis to the technical characteristics of the head and sets forth three different technological options. After a thorough considera- tion and comparison on all aspccts, and meanwhile taking into the account of the shipyard's technological strong points, the process procedures described here were chosen. A detailed description of the procedures was presented with the preference given to key work stages and methods, equipment, inspection devices and techniques, construction rules, etc. Finally, the results of implementation of the procedures were shown.
