摘要 胜利二号T.K.Y管节点超声波探伤,是本工程的无损探伤中难度最大,要求最高的项目。而这个难题中的关键就是根部间隙曲线的确立和定位。用电子计算机,在管节点展开图中,作成根部间隙曲线。 1.探伤前的准备仪器必须符合API-RP-2X标准规定,在IOW试块R=100 mm圆弧面的反射回波为75%时,其灵敏度余量不得小于60 dB,探头选用折射角为70°(或K=2.5),因探伤面厚度小于40mm。 During the ultrasonic testing of T, K and Y-nodes of 'Sheng Li 2' drilling platform, one of the problems is the establishment and location of root gap curves. Root gap curves may be made in the node expanion plan with computer. This method enables correct determination of the root gap and will not be influenced by welding distortion, thus solving the problem encounted before. The previously used method was to measure the gap prior to welding and the results yielded were only basic estimated parameters which were not adequate for the accurate location and elimination of flaws. The newly developed method improves the inspection efficiency and reduces drawing time; the operator may simply take a measure to the probe front distance and he can determine the root gap and defects in the root or weld.
