摘要 1.胜利三号钻井平台的概况及结构特点胜利三号浅海坐底式钻井平台,其作业水深为2~9 m(包括潮高),配备有6000 m钻机及其配套的专用设备。在风力不大于8级时,可在海上移位,风力不大于6级时,波高不超过1.5 m,潮流不大于2节时可以沉浮作业。在风速不大于45 m/s,波高不大于5 m,地震,烈度不超过8级,潮流2节时可以生存。胜利三号的全部建造过程都是在中华人民共和国船舶检验局的监督下进行的,并附合“钢质海船入级与建造规范”及“海上移动式钻井平台入级与建造规范”。胜利三号浅海坐底式钻井平台主要分为5大部份,(1)沉垫部份;(2)立柱部份; 'Sheng Li 3' , a shallow water submersible drilling platform, was constructed jointly by Yantai Shipyard and Zhonghua Shipyard. This paper describes its building technology, including: a general introduction and configuration features; the constru- ction of mat; the manufacturing and assembling of riser column; the construction of superstructures and drilling deck; maintenance, inspection, repair and test of imported drilling equipment, etc. This platform completed its first oil well drilling at the end of November 1988. angles and determining the correlations between these values and the volumes of displecement; The form stability curves when the platform is at a sitting position, i. e.,to figure out the force arm values of form stability under different water depths and determine the correlations between these values and displacement volumes.Then, an isogram may be plotted, and equilibrium point under different ballastic conditions obtained.
