本文阐述了空气变形纱工艺优化的基本理论。并通过对在EltexAT—HS_3空气变形机上加工PES—FDY 75D/36F×4平行纱的具体工艺参数优化,介绍了空气变形纱工艺参数优化的全过程,给出了优化程序的全部框图。

This paper describes the basic theory of optimum air texture tech- nology,and through the optimization of the concrete technology parameten for parallel-texturing PES—FDY75D/36F×4 processed with the air text- uring machine AT-HS_3,introduces the whole optimizing process of air texturing technology parameter and gives the whole flowchart of the process.
