聚酯纤维阻燃添加剂的合成及表征

摘要 以四溴双酚A(TBBA),双酚S(BS),亚磷酸三苯酯(TPP)及磷酸三苯酯(TPPa)为单体,无水醋酸钠(NaAc)为催化剂,利用熔融缩聚法合成了几种阻燃齐聚物,拟用来作为聚酯纤维的阻燃添加剂。它们分别被命名为聚四溴双酚A苯基亚磷酸酯、双酚S苯基磷酸酯及聚四溴双酚A双酚S苯基亚磷酸酯。同时利用气相渗透压法(VPO),差示量热扫描法(DSC)及红外光谱法(IR)对它们进行了表征。反应过程中出现的现象也作了讨论。 Several flame retardant oligomers which might be ideal for additives of polyesters were synthetized by melt-polycondens- ation using tetrabromnbisphenol A(TBBA),bisphenol S(BS)and triphenyl phosphite (TPPi)and triphenyl phosphate(TPPa)as mo- nomers,and sodium acetate anhydrous(NaAC)as catalyst.The DSC results showed that their decompsition behaviors were adapted to the palyesters and thermal oxidative stability have following order: poly (BS)Phenyl PhosPhate(PBSPa)>poly(TBBS)phenyl phos- phite (PTBPi)>poly(TBBA-BS) phenyl phoshite[P(TB-BS)Pi]
