棉籽粕脱毒新工艺技术研究及其开发利用

Study on the Technology of Detoxification of Cottonseed Dregs and Its Application

研制出一种棉籽粕脱毒新工艺,以油厂排放余汽为动力,将硫玻亚铁脱毒剂用专用设备雾化与物料同步进入榨油工艺。用本法脱毒的棉籽粕在育肥猪、蛋鸡日粮中配量可达24％,在肉鸡日粮中的配量达14％,未见不良现象。工艺简便,易于推广,已在省内外部分棉区推广应用,经济效益显著。

The author has developed a new technology of detoxification of Cottonseed dregs, using the waste steam charged by the oil mill as the power, atomizing the sulphite of iron with a special apparatus and making it enter the process of oil extraction together with raw material. The cottonseed dregs detoxified in this way may account for 24 percent of hens'daily feed, and 14 percent of cocks daily feed,and it won't cause any bad effect. The technology is simple and easy to spread and its application in some cotton-grown areas of lienan province and other provinces has given obvious economical benefits.
