摘要
为了寻找一种培养基不仅可以分析饲料中真菌的数量,而且又能获得较全的真菌种类,选用了五种培养基进行分析研究。其中改订的查彼克氏(zapek)培养基、麦芽粉浸出液琼脂培养基效果最好,不仅平板上出现的菌落数量多,而且菌落特性也非常显著。
Five media are used for quantitative and qualitative enumeration of feed fungal flora, the results show that containing 6 % NaCl Czapek Dox Agar and powdery Malt Agar Medium ( CSA and MSA ) are superior to oilier media in registering higher recovery rate and typical culture characteristics.
