流化槽烘干机烘干高水分油菜籽的试验报告 被引量:1

摘要 本试验以研究流化槽烘干机烘干高水分油菜籽的可行性为目的。探讨了油菜籽适烘的干燥介质温度和干燥工艺。通过模拟烘干试验和生产性烘干试验,得出流化槽烘干机烘干高水分油菜籽是可行的;热风温度以控制在160—180℃为宜;种用以不超过140℃为宜。生产性烘干应采取“干燥—迅即冷却”的干燥工艺。油菜籽经高温快速烘干后,对含油量和发芽率等品质基本无不良影响。 This experiment makes a probe into drying temperature and drying technology suitable for rapeseeds in order to prove the feasabity of drying rapeseeds with a fluid-bed drier. It has been affirmed by simulated and productive tests. The temperature of hot wind will be propriate if it is controlled no higher than 160℃-180℃ and if the rapeseeds are used for growing, the temperature shouldn't be higher than 140℃. In production the rapeseeds after drying must be quickly cooled. Drying at a high temperature and fast speed has no bad influence on the oil content and germination of rapeseeds.
