摘要
作者对隔热保冷大豆保鲜技术的研完,采用仓顶涂白防热辐射、隔热吊棚阻隔热传导、排风扇调控仓温及麦糠压盖等综合隔热保冷技术。试验结果表明,粮温长期处于低温状态,储存8个月最高粮温控制在21.5℃,安全过夏,发芽率在93%以上,氮可溶解指数在83%以上,粗蛋白和粗脂肪基本不变,脂肪酸值上升缓慢,大豆色泽新鲜,而常规储藏大豆的品质则明显劣变。
In the experiment on quality preservation of soybean the author coats the storehouse roof with a white layer to prevent heat radiation, hangs a coaling to obstruct heat conduction, installs exhaust fans to control temperautre in the storehouse and takes some other heat insulation measure such as using wheat bran to cover the grain and so on.
The result of the experiment shows that in such storehouses the temperature in the grain has been very low, after 8 months of storage it is still below 21.5℃, so the grain is well preserved during the summer time with the germination rate over 93%, soluble index over 83%, rough protein and fat unchanged on the whole, the value of fatty acid increasing slowly, colour bright; while in the common storehouse the quality of soybean has obviously deteriorated.
