The Software Design for the Textile Mill Monitoring System

在微机硬件及其相应的系统软件的支持下,利用软件自动对布机的工作状态、产量、停机次数、时间等信息随机采样,并进行分析处理。有效的显示故障和车间工作状况,为工人修机、领导指挥生产以及信息送往IBM—PC微机进行产量统计、质量分析、报表处理等工作,做出直观反映和科学的储存。

Supported by the microcomputer hardware and ohter software this software is developed for automatically collecting and processing the data of working condition,productivity,schedule and stoppage of the textile mill.It can also display the working status,the breakdown of the mill for the management and mintenance,and transfer the informa- tion to the IBM-PC for productivity statistic,quality analysis,prin- ting report forms and data storage.
