摘要
本文通过评价水能在汝阳县能源结构中的重要作用,提出了按重点流域开发小水电的初步设想,并联系实际就发展小水电的课题发表了具体意见。
In this paper, the tentative imagination of developing small hydropower station in the main river valleys were presented by appraising the important action of hydropowcr in the energy structure. And some suggestions how to develop the small hydropowers were presented
