摘要
本文以描述非恒定流的圣维南方程组为基本方程,从洪水期流体阻力入手,通过水力要素和水流平均流速公式,利用卡尔曼滤波(Kalman filter)理论作为推求流量的理论基础,推求洪水期的水位过程和流量过程。
The paper discribed Saint-Venant Equations of the unsteady flow as the foundational equation and starts with the fluid resistance during the flood period, applying with Mean Velocity Formala and hydraulic essential factors, taking kalman filter theory as the theretical foundation to inquire into discharge, the stage hydrograph and the stream flow hydrograph.
