摘要
本文根据机械振动理论,分析了研究镗杆振动的结构因素,提出了组合结构的镗杆设计方案,通过理论分析和试验表明,组合镗杆具有很高的振动稳定性,这对于增加镗孔深度、提高切削质量和延长刀寿命都具有重要意义。本文所提供的理论分法对于其他技术工程领域的结构防振设计亦有参考价值。
On the basis of mechanical vibration theory, this paper analyses structural parameters which influence the vibration of boring bars, and recommends a design of a composite structure boring bar instead of a solid bar, It is shown by theory and practice that using a composite structure boring bar could substantially improve itsstability, cutting quality and the life of tools. The technique shown in this paper are suitable to designs of chatter-resistant structures in other engince- ring fields.
