摘要
设备故障诊断技术是近年来发展起来的一门跨学科、综合性的新技术。其中通过振动监测来诊断故障是目前应用最广的一种方法,尤其适用于电力、化工、冶金等企业诊断旋转机械设备的故障。本文是以某热电厂的汽轮机为诊断对象,经过振动监测、信号分析找出故障及其所在部位和原因,并对诊断参数的选择提出自己的看法。
The diagnosis of the faults of the mechnical equipment are modern synthetic technique. It is the mostly used method to di- agnose the faults of a machine from the vibration measurement and signal analysis. This method is particularly suitable for rotating machinery in power, chemical and metallurgical industry. In this paper, steam turbines are studied. Erom the results of measuring and analyzing, the faults, their positions and the rea- sons resulting in the faults have been discovered. In the end, a view on the select of diagnosis parameters is put forward.
